We offer Hot Yoga to our members. This class incorporates the same techniques of yoga, but adds in a twist that will have you working harder than ever.
What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is a new trend in yoga classes that uses excessive heat to increase the level of difficulty of normal yoga classes. The classroom or area where the class is instructed will be around 98 degrees. The instructor will walk you through a series of poses that will have you sweating like never before.
