Our high intensity fitness classes are designed with that challenge in mind. One class that our members have come to rely on is our indoor cycling classes.
What is Indoor Cycling?
Indoor cycling fitness classes use the stationary bike, loud music and a motivational leader to give your body a high intensity workout. We use stationary bikes that have increasing resistance functions, personalized sitting adjustments and state of the art functions to cater to our members. We have also adapted this class into two other challenging classes. These classes are a hybrid of our most popular classes at our gym. They are:
30/30 Cycling & Kettlebell
This class will keep your heart pumping and excited. We have incorporated the best of kettlebells and indoor cycling to give you a class that will work every muscle in your body.
30/30 Cycling & Lifting
If you are looking for a high intensity cardio workout matched with the best components of lifting, this is the class for you. We have combined our high intensity indoor cycling class with the best principles of weight lifting and CrossFit to give you this innovative and challenging class.
