The Facility

We are not fancy. We will never have fancy neon lights, really expensive shampoo or mint scented towels. Our perks come with a purpose. There are locker rooms with showers. There are not huge mazes of lockers or intricate steam showers. Our showers are really nice and extremely clean and our locker rooms are meant for changing, not hanging out. There is a juice bar that serves smoothies, coffee, juice and grab and go meals. The entire menu is designed for nutrition for the athlete. Our pro shop carries only merchandise that we believe in. We have a hot tub that doubles as a cold tub. Why cold? Because when you train like an athlete, your body will get sore. Cold baths are the best way to speed recovery. There is no spa or “body treatments”. There is soft tissue work like A.R.T. and Graston and structural integration. Plenty of perks, but not a lot of frills.

The Concept

The amazing thing about CrossFit is its ability to mash-up so many different aspects of fitness. Our take on fitness is that athletes need to be well rounded while still excelling at life and sport. CFSB will be a place where an athlete can come train his or her strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and coordination. Classes are based on skill level and athlete specific goals This way you are able to progress toward your fitness goals. You can increase your strength while working on mobility or develop your stabilizers while also increasing your conditioning. The mix of classes is designed to accommodate anyone who is serious about reaching their fitness goals.

  • Weightlifting / Strength

    Classes ranging from basic to advanced. These classes are aimed at developing strength through technique and consistency.

  • Mobility

    A one hour date with you, a lacrosse ball and a roll of foam.

  • CrossFit Kids

    sport and life. They start off as early as 4 and continue on through their teens..
