CFSB Nutrition 101
Session 1: Saturday Jan. 16th post-WOD
Session 2: Saturday Feb. 13th post-WOD
Maybe you’re puzzled about why Paleo and Zone are advocated for optimal fitness or about how to make paleo logistically work or about how to aim for body composition results. The 3 hour class will cover: Nutrition basics, Paleo basics, Nutrition goals, and Meal planning. It will be an open forum for questions. A lunch will be served (paleo) before we start.

CFSB Inaugural Paleo Challenge
Monday Jan. 18th – Monday Mar. 15th
8-week paleo challenge with prizes! Participants will eat paleo (you don’t have to but if you want to win, you will!) for 8 weeks, keep a food log, take before/after pictures and measurements. The two people with the biggest change (judged by coaches; pics private) will win a gift certificate to Lululemon (1st place – $100, 2nd place – $50).
