What’s FitRat?
āFitRatā is a fun name and attempt at branding. It refers to the CrossFitter in the context of modern society borrowing the ārat raceā metaphor. Each of us in pursuit of what we have decided we want out of life: we have to some extent chosen our own āmazeā in the world. You have sought out CrossFit for one of a few reasons which probably involve making the journey more enjoyable and improving your preparedness for your life or job as it depends on your fitness.
If time isnāt made to feed ourselves efficiently, negative results stack up reducing our fitness and the journey will become much less rewarding. Our very existence in a modern society places high demands on our time and resources; our jobs and families may place even greater demands on our time. CrossFit challenges you to manage your fitness efficiently, and that includes how you eat.
