Subscription

$20/wk – Weekly list of paleo/zone recipes & instructions:

  • Efficient recipes & instructions for: 4 unique dinners (leftovers for lunch) 2 unique breakfast recipes (prep scramble kits/quiches during dinner prep)
  • Corresponding grocery list & equipment list – kitchen ware, spices, tupperware, etc.
  • Cooking help hotline access

Pick-up Only

$10

  • Order grass-fed meat/products & raw milk and pick-up at CFSB

Paleo home cheffing

$35/hr

  • Single meals, prep for week’s meals, creation of week’s or half-week’s meals (fridge/freeze)

Paleo food for events

$18-20 per 4 block meal

  • Cater your event, cert, picnic, or road trip

Consulting

$45/hr

  • Free food log assessment
  • Develop nutrition needs and goals to align with life/crossfit goals
  • Develop a plan to implement them and track progress
