What is Pilates?
Pilates is a type of physical fitness system that challenges deep muscles within your body. It is a faster paced workout method that incorporates

During a Pilates class, all of your muscles will be engaged. Our instructors will teach you the proper forms, methods and movements to properly tone and strengthen muscles. We have developed two Pilates classes that incorporate the best and most effective movements and poses from the core principles of the class. Our classes include:
- Core Pilates – this class is a high-intensity, but low impact class that is perfect for those that are looking to tone core muscles or recover muscles after injuries.
- Power & Restorative Pilates – This is a more upbeat class that emphasizes on flowing movements that aim to increase stamina, flexibility and strength.
