We offer both group classes and personal training tailored to both experienced and beginning CrossFitters.
Our movements and Workouts of Day (WOD) are programmed to be consistent with CrossFit methodologies and teachings. We have developed our program to quickly and efficiently improve our athletes’ fitness.

All-Levels Classes
Our All-Levels classes are the bulk of our programming. Our classes are all scalable meaning that we have soccer moms working out next to ex D1 college football players. We program our workout of the day (WOD) so that anyone can do it, even if you have an injury. Click here for a breakdown of our different programs and pricing.
On-Ramp
The On-Ramp program was developed to help beginners to CrossFit acclimate to the intensity of the workouts quicker and more efficiently. We drill in technique and form and teach recovery techniques. To learn more about the program click here.
Sports Specific Classes
We have customized programming for several different sports. We currently have a program designed for professional volleyball players, the Los Angeles Rugby Club and the Mira Costa High School varsity basketball team. Our customized programming is designed to prepare the athletes for a specific time and modal domain of the athletes’ given sport. We not only teach strength and conditioning, but we also teach stretching, mobility and recovery techniques to help the athletes train harder and avoid injury. Some athletes need specialized attention whether they are rehabilitating from an injury, they have been sedentary for an extended amount of time or they simply want to specialize in one aspect of CrossFit (i.e. Olympic Weightlifting). We offer packages for personalized coaching and also rates for small groups. Availability is dependent on the coach. Individual Coaching
Each session will be 1 hour, but may run over a few minutes depending on the workout.

Small Group Coaching
Our small group coaching packages are perfect for groups of friends who want to start CrossFit together or require specialized training for the same event (i.e. triathlon, specific sport). All pricing is on a per session rate.
- 2 athletes: $60 per athlete per session
- 3 athletes: $50 per athlete per session
- 4 athletes: $45 per athlete per session
- 5 athletes: $40 per athlete per session
