We have many different plans to fit the variety of our athletes’ lifestyles. We offer a variety of classes, open gym times and programs for all of our athletes. Once you complete the On-Ramp or Elements program and your 2-week free trial, you will have a better understanding what type of membership will be optimal for your training.
- Our pricing ranges from $120 to $189 per month depending on frequency and length of commitment.
- There is no initiation fee.
- Our packages range from 2x, 3x and unlimited times per week and in 3, 6 and 12-month commitments.
- Roommates, brothers, sisters, wives, husbands and children all get the 15% family discount.
- Military, law enforcement and first responders all get the 15% discount.
- You are able to freeze your membership with a 3-week minimum with at least a week advance notice.
- In the event you move, get relocated or just plain hate CrossFit, we will cancel your membership.
- We hate sales people too, so there will be no cheesy sales pitch by an overweight guy in a polo shirt. If you love getting fit, we welcome you.
Pricing
Most people starting CrossFit can only compare the pricing to their standard large globo gym. The two business models are completely different. Globo gyms have lower price points because you pay to simply use the facilities whether or not you know how to exercise. They employ the cheapest labor they can find to work the front desk. Once you sign up, they really hope you do not come back. Our model incorporates small group coaching by experienced and skilled coaches. We have customized programming to meet the needs of all different types of athletes. If you don’t show up for a week, you will most likely be getting a phone call asking if everything is alright. Our model is more based around personal training than a globo gym.
Yes we do have month-to-month plans but nobody uses them because they are too expensive. Commitment can be a scary thing. That’s why we have both our On-Ramp and Elements program PLUS 2-weeks for free so you can evaluate if you like it. Our coaches are committed to our athletes and to their progress which is why we ask our athletes to commit in return. If you want to see results, commit to your fitness for at least three months and stay consistent. Our coaches will help you with your goals and hold you accountable. You won’t believe how far you can come in just a few months.
Not a problem. The South Bay is full of people who travel for work. We have many people who are home for two weeks and gone for two weeks. We have specialized plans that allow them to come for two weeks and utilize a membership while they are home. We also have a comprehensive list of workouts you can do while on the road or we can remotely coach you via email and tell you how to scale our daily workouts based on your equipment options.
We like to keep things simple. All the classes are included in your membership. That means if you want to come to a mobility class and then a CrossFit class, you can without having to worry about paying extra. Our unlimited membership is our most popular option because of our variety of classes and open gym options.

Each CrossFit is independently owned and operated. They are not franchises, and follow more of an affiliate model. This means that there is no governing body dictating standards, location or pricing. It offers CrossFits the freedom to develop programs and pricing models that meet the needs of their clientele. We believe that we want to provide excellence in coaching at an affordable price without giving it away. We have a number of full-time coaches who have dedicated their lives and are extremely passionate about fitness. They are not personal trainers, but rather coaches who are there to provide a no nonsense approach to training. CFSB provides an environment where our coaches can make a living and pursue their passion and it directly relates to our athletes’ progress.
You can come for free. All we ask is that you contact us ahead of time and let us know when you will be coming. If you like one of our many t-shirts, we would love for you to buy one. If you have done CrossFit for more than 3 months, you’re welcome to join us for a WOD anytime.
