How to sign up for classes

CrossFit South Bay is dedicated to offering as many classes as possible to fit your busy schedule. In order to keep our class sizes intimate as we grow, we add more classes to accommodate our athletes. If there is a class time you would like to request, please feel free to email us any time.

With CFSB having so many great members and growing every day, we want to keep better track of you, so that we can keep true to our standards of individualized instruction and small class environments.  We want to deliver the best experience to our members as possible.  In order to do this, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, you MUST A) Sign up for your classes, and B) Sign IN to your classes.

 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES AT CROSSFIT SOUTHBAY

  1. Go to www.crossfitsouthbay.com.
  2. Under the “Programs” heading, select “Schedule.”
  3. When you find the class time/day you like, hit “Sign Up Now.”
  4. You are now re-directed to MindBody – CFSB’s scheduling system.
  5. Either sign in using your username/password, or create one for yourself (only takes a couple of minutes).
  6. After you log-in, choose the class you like and hit “Sign Up Now.”
  7. It will prompt you to make a single or reoccurring reservation.
  8. All set.

HOW TO CHECK-IN AT CROSSFIT SOUTHBAY

  1. Bring your key card to every class.  If you don’t have one, ask a Coach to assign one to you.
  2. When you get to class, swipe your card underneath the scanner.
  3. Your name will appear on the screen.
  4. Select the class you are there for (i.e., 7PM CrossFit with Chris Harris).
  5. All set!
