Membership Hold Request

Temporary Suspension

As stated in your CrossFit South Bay Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatic recurring monthly payment on hold for any reason (3-month pre-paid memberships expire based on the specified pre-paid period regardless of usage and cannot be put on hold).

Before submitting your membership hold request, please read the following important points from your membership agreement carefully. By submitting the form below, you are confirming that you have read and understand that:

  1. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before the intended freeze date. All membership payments are non-refundable.
  2. Membership hold requests are limited to one (1) time per calendar year for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of three (3) consecutive months. Your automatic payment will be suspended during your freeze period and will automatically continue after the freeze period has ended.
  3. Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and the regular membership payments will resume. All membership payments are non-refundable.
  4. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
  5. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, the membership rates in effect at the the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
