You work so hard during class, and we want you to see the results that you are looking for. Exercising and weight lifting only do so much. Without the proper nutrition that you need, those results can take longer to see or just not show at all. We believe in eating right and exercising to keep your heart and body healthy.

When it comes to quality of food, we go by the simple human evolution approach: a diet based on lean meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
