A series of 6 private training sessions that will introduce you to the basic techniques and movements behind CrossFit WODs. Elements or On-Ramp is a mandatory requirement for general membership at CrossFit South Bay. Cost $299 Now only $150
CrossFit On-Ramp
CrossFit On-Ramp is a small group class that meets 6 times to review basic CrossFit Movements from the squat to the clean & jerk. We cover each movement in depth and ensure that you are using perfect form. Our main goal is to keep you healthy and injury free. Your class will track their results in workouts scaled accordingly. This is recommended for the most people. Cost $199 Now only $49.95
