SCHEDULE

All of our classes are lead by our experienced and enthusiastic coaching staff. No matter what your fitness level, our coaches guide you to get the best workout both mentally and physically. Every class is one hour long and includes a warm-up, strength/skill, conditioning, instruction and a cool-down from Mayhem Athletics.

Open Gym is available from 5AM to 8PM Monday through Thursday, 5AM to 6PM Friday, 8AM to 12PM Saturday and 9AM to 11PM Sunday. Please be mindful that class members get priority of space and equipment.
