WOD Calendar

Each WOD is different. Not only do the workouts change, the length of time that you perform each exercise changes as well. One day you could be doing four rounds of kettlebell swings, box jumps and then sit-ups in a row, while the next day you could be doing as many rounds as you can of pullups, pushups and squats in 10 minutes. Whether the workout is 5 minutes or an hour, we want you to get the same level of physicality from each workout. Our trainers will teach you how to pace yourself and to be consistent in your movements so that you can get as much out of your workout as you can. Check out our upcoming WOD’s!
