Since opening our doors in 2008, our classes have provided an encouraging, welcoming atmosphere that makes every member feel like they are part of our fitness community. Our instructors do more than teach; they help push you beyond your fitness goals and motivate you to be the most optimal version of yourself. Located within CFSB is Elevate Studio where our yoga, cycling and pilates classes round out our functional strength and metabolic training. Together we will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, speed, coordination, core and endurance. Every day is a new, exciting workout. We are more than a gym, we are a family.
