SCHEDULE

All of our classes are lead by our experienced and enthusiastic coaching staff. No matter what your fitness level, our coaches guide you to get the best workout both mentally and physically. Every class is one hour long and includes a warm-up, strength/skill, conditioning, instruction and a cool-down from Mayhem Athletics.

CLASSES

Open Gym hours: Mon–Thurs 5:00 AM–7:30 PM, Fri 5:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Sun 9:00 AM–11:00 AM. Class members have priority for space and equipment.
