Class Schedule and Open Gym
All of our classes are lead by our experienced and enthusiastic coaching staff. No matter what your fitness level, our coaches guide you to get the best workout both mentally and physically. Every class is one hour long and includes a warm-up, strength/skill, conditioning, instruction and a cool-down.
We also encourage you to take full advantage of our Open Gym hours. Our Hermosa Beach location has open gym from 6AM to 8PM Monday through Thursday, 6AM to 6PM Friday, 9AM to 1PM Saturday and 10AM to 1PM Sunday. Our Velocity location has Open Gym from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to Noon Saturday.
